4. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed securely by Itinella. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation. Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, or government tax revisions until a booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the specific package terms and how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please refer to the specific itinerary page for detailed cancellation policies applicable to your trip.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the operation of our website or services.
• Harass or act inappropriately towards Itinella staff or guides.

7. Liability & Safety

While Itinella takes every precaution to ensure your safety, travel involves inherent risks (e.g., trekking hazards, transportation delays). Itinella is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

All content, trademarks, logos, and itineraries on this site are the exclusive property of Itinella. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
